Darren Rowse over at Digital Camera Reviews posted about 10 Things You Should Know About The Nikon D70, an article by Dan Richards in the Photography Magazine.

There’s nothing mentioned about Scuba Diving, even though there are quite a few housings which support the Nikon D70:

Zillion ZAP-D70, Zillion ZAP-D70 Custom, BS Kinetics Dahna Digital, Fantasea Line FD70, Hugyfot HFN-D70, Bruder BUW1 ND70, 10bar Nikon D70/D70S, Seacam silver Nikon D70, UK-GERMANY UK-D-D70,

The 10 things written about apply to use of the camera underwater also. This is how the article starts off..

“To date, the Nikon D70 is the best-selling Nikon single-lens reflex of all time. And that’s not in the least bit surprising; the price was right, the package was right, the image quality was right, and the camera can use about 10 zillion Nikon lenses going back nearly three decades. But ultimately, we think it was the excellent handling and straightforward operation of the D70 that sold it. To hold and shoot one is to want one. So don’t expect any mystery sequences or secret trapdoors on this camera. A considerable number of settings, though, are made via menus, and a good number of these provide useful little tweaks.”
